Refund policy
All sales are final.
All products going out to customers will always be thoroughly checked before shipping, however if there are defects, then please get in contact with us through the Contacts section or email us directly at assistlovehurtsclo@gmail.com. If accepted, we will process your refund without the need for the item to be returned to us. Refunds usually are processed back to you very quickly, but please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reach your account. This will depend of the bank and payment method used, the timing will not be in our power.
When checking out, please always double check your information, we cannot be held liable if the order does not reach the correct address, due to the wrong information being put in.
Wrong Item/s
If you accidentally receive the wrong item/s, please consider our apologies and get in contact with us. We will sort out any issues like this with a matter of urgency, any return fees will of course be refunded to you or we will provide you with a shipping label.
Unclaimed Orders
If an order is unclaimed and returns back to us, we will send you an email to let you know. If you decide you do not want it anymore, then we will refund the order, minus the shipping cost. This is to cover the transit to and from the destination address.
