Premade Items

When products are premade, they will be shipped within the correct timeframes whenever possible. if there are any details, you will be notified at the earliest opportunity, sometimes shipping times can be delayed a few days, but rest assured all items will be shipped ASAP.

Pre Orders

Please give 5-7 weeks from the time of your order for us to process and ship your orders, if the shipments arrive earlier, then they will be shipped as quickly as possible. Our customers mean everything so we will do all we can to get your orders to you ASAP.

 

Other Things To Note

We do not cover any import costs if they are incurred. Import duties are enforced by local governments and have nothing to do with Love Hurts or the freight providers.

If orders have already been processed and shipped, then they cannot be amended at that stage.
